  • Attempting to access other users' data without authorization
  • Using the service for illegal purposes
  • Interfering with the platform's security or functionality
  • Sharing false or misleading information

4. Data and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You control privacy settings for data sharing
  • We process your data according to our Privacy Policy
  • You can request data export or account deletion at any time

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

6. Account Termination

  • You may request account deletion at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Data will be deleted according to our retention policy

7. Limitation of Liability

The ET4D platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
